|Recommended: NoIts okay. — There are a lot of isolated incidents and we hear gun shots, and or music yes at times both from Clinton road. Two of my neighbors were robbed, one shot in the process. Ladies in the office are super sweet however, and the maintenance guys never seem to complete work orders I set up.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, friendly, and nice — This is a very quiet neighborhood, everyone is friendly and willing to help. The staff members are very nice and sweet, and they are amazing and was so helpful considering the fact this was my very first apartment, wonderful experience so far and I love it here Very Nice community.

|Recommended: YesNice place, just alittle hiccups with outside appearance — Parking is horrible, especially at night...I have a handicap sticker can never park there because others without it parks there...inside is wonderful, but outside needs a bit of work...office maintenance staff is awesome, very professional kind, overall it's a nice place very quiet at night, except for my upstairs neighbors do not sleep, but learning to live with it, not the property's fault.
