|Recommended: YesMaintenance — Johnny, the maintenance man has the best attitude,Each time he comes to do repairs he’s open to answer any questions I may have without any attitude just willing to help. I don’t have to call back about his work not being done properly after he leaves even if I catch him out picking up trash he still will stop to answer. In the morning he’s normally on a golf cart picking up trash he’ll still throw his hands up to speak as cars ride by. It’s been sooo hot he doesn’t show any type of mood when approaching him. I never write reviews but I had to call write this b c these days people are just so mean customer service isn’t not what it use to be.be thkful for this man,for years he’s never changed since I’ve moved here.

|Recommended: YesNice, and quite — this is a nice apartment complex, its really quite, they could power wash the outside but other than that its pretty good.

|Recommended: YesIt just feels like home — I love living in Overlook Gardens apartments It's peaceful, affordable, and safe. I've moved a lot, and this is my second time coming back to live in an Overlook Gardens apartment. There have been lots of memories made here, and more to come

|Recommended: YesOkay place to stay if your just starting out. — I love the staff in the office but the parking is the worst The gate is never working i don’t care for the layout of the 2br 1 bath apartments. The maintenance men don’t take their time truly fix things. The do small quick easy fixes which can cause problems later in the long run. Overall it’s an on place for young people that are just starting out.

Thankfully, our gate repairs have been completed :) We are presently working on improving our parking situation; as we are looking into several options and hope to have a plan in action soon. |Recommended: YesGate needs fixing — I would tell them the apartment is a great place to live but If it’s a gated community that they want to look elsewhere because the gate is always always broken.

|Recommended: YesI have enjoyed my stay here at Overlook Gardens. The office staff along with Johnny and Mike took good care of me. It’s a bittersweet leaving but done to job transfer is my reason. — I would tell them that you are making a great choice. The location is in a excellent place also very convenient.
