|Recommended: YesMoving in — I am enjoying living in my new place. And the peace and quiet here too. The management was very nice with welcoming me to the community. But I do have some concerns with the apartment. The dishwasher leaks, when I tried to wash a load of dishes. The oven vent over the stove doesn't work and has no light. And there is no light outside on my patio area. The Ice maker in the refrigerator doesn't work either.

We also appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We’re sorry to hear about the issues with your dishwasher, oven vent, patio light, and ice maker. That’s certainly not the experience we want you to have. We will get with our maintenance team so we can work on resolving these matters.

|Recommended: YesMuhammad U Khattak — I have rated 4 5 in many categories, because I believe there is always room for improvement. I would suggest more periodic interaction or get togethers of the management staff with the residents, on a cup of coffee or luncheon or even maybe even a burger sandwich dinner or bbq.
These are quite old construction, and one cannot expect nothing to go wrong every now and then, yet the maintenance guys, Jamal and Johnny are doing a superb job.
I believe courteous speech and sweet talk and positive accommodative attitude are good communication skills.

|Recommended: YesGood place to call home — The apartment complex has great privacy from the main roads in Macon, it is easily accessible to anywhere you want to go. The complex is up kept and tidy on a daily basis and the staff are very friendly and eager to help. The only real concern I have is the amount of loud noise that comes from other tenant cars and music, but what are you going to do. Take the good with the bad this is a great complex overall.
