|Recommended: YesWonderful — It's an older apartment but the staff are quick with repairs and are always available most of the time. No complaints. Been here almost 2 years. Its not perfect, but it's great.

|Recommended: YesGreat Apartment community,I've been living here for 3 yrs but was familiar with the complex before moving here myself and it always been a nice and quiet community.which made it a easy and first choice for me — Highly recommended ,very knowledgeable staff all around.. Gotta give thanks to Janie one off the office managers, very knowledgeable and professional.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartment. Lots of closet space. Quiet neighbors and close to the high school and shopping. We definitely enjoy the quiet the most and our dog has lots of space to play

|Recommended: NoThis property has really gone down. It’s looks like a low income section 8 property. No stable management. — I would tell them to look somewhere else to live due to the appearance of the property and the changing of management. Also it appears they are allowing section 8 people to live here. This property has declined tremendously after former property manager Yvonne Little left.
Thank you for taking the time to review our property and offer feedback. All feedback is very important to us. I am sorry that you feel as though the property is not at its best. We have ongoing improvements that we began in the fall; as we are working with contractors on this as well, of course it takes time. We are working with great effort to make improvements.
We rent to anyone who qualifies; any resident who resides here has passed the same screening. I hope that answers your concern :)
