|Recommended: YesVery quiet and clean and office personnel is awesome — It’s very quiet, the layout of the apartment is great. Just needs to update the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom and the sinks in my bathrooms in my unit. Staff is awesome and maintenance is awesome.

|Recommended: YesOverlook Gardens is a quiet, quaint, family oriented community — I enjoy the peacefulness of the community. The neighbors are nice and the property managers are very friendly and helpful. The amenities here are a plus I do wish however the playground equipment was updated. Other than that I really have no complaints.

|Recommended: YesIt's really comfortable and peaceful for the most part. — It's not too bad. There are a few things that need to be fixed with the building ,and the parking spaces are very limited for the residents who actually live in the apartments. However, it's still an affordable and safe place to live.

|Recommended: YesNeeds Renovating Badly — These apartments are old, but very spacious. They are located in a very convenient area close to the interstate, eateries, gas stations, and shopping plazas. It's a very quiet community as well. It's a nice place, but the entire community needs to renovated outside and inside. They look run down on the outside. Could use a pressure washing, re-painting and landscape upgrades. New windows are needed as many of the windows have blue tape on them where the glass has either cracked or is broken. New playground equipment is needed so that the children have a nice area to play. The inside of the apartments need to have new flooring, light fixtures, ceiling fans, upgraded cabinets, counters and appliances in the kitchen and bathrooms. A few upgrades would make the place more attractive to future residents and more appealing for current residents. They also need to open the back gate facing Clinton Road. There should not be just one entrance in and out of the complex. Please tell the owner to upgrade this place ASAP
