|Recommended: NoL. — I have tried for the last half-hour to pay my rent online. I continue to get a message that reads that my e-mail is not found in the system. I have tried to reset my password and still the same message. I have been enrolled with the online services since 2012 even when there was no option to pay my rent online . Now, when I finally take you guys up on your offer to pay online, the website has MANY bugs. Please fix this immediately.

|Recommended: NoCosmetics/Grounds/Consistently keeping grounds clean — Property should invest in consistent ground maintenence: keeping grounds and parking areas clean/clear from debris and trash. Keep breezeways clean and pressure washed. Obtain more than one garbage center or multiple dumpsters to alleviate overflow. Pressure wash siding or make esthetic changes for beautification of complex.
Update inside of units. Units are very dated. Appliances don t match. Cabinetry and fixtures are dated. Paint occupied units more than once every 5 years.
Treat grounds and shrubbery for huge waterbugs that invade outside breezeways and eventually inside residential units.
